While travelling in Europe, I discovered self-heating eye masks and instantly fell in love with how they helped me slow down and truly rest. I shared them with friends, teachers, and family—especially my mum, who always encouraged me to bring them to Australia.
After she passed away suddenly, these masks became more than just a ritual. They were how I coped with grief, anxiety, and sleepless nights. They reminded me to take care of myself when everything felt too heavy.

I am in front of screens most of the day and evening, and these are just amazing to relieve eye strain and helps with sleep. I fall asleep so fast and wake up so well rested. Another small but great thing about these masks is they are looped around the ears, not the back of the head like a regular sleep mask, so there is no strangulation risk - I fall asleep with it on! 10/10 recommend!

My first experience with the masks was good and an interesting feeling, l was very tired this particular time, it was late and l was not quite ready for the warmth and l removed it after a short time.
All other times l have ensured that l have been ready for the mask and l have loved each time.
It's a delightful feeling when the wash of warmth and a beautiful aroma hugs your eyes, senses and then you are taken to a lovely place in your mind.
