ORDER / SHIPPING ADDRESS ERRORS
- Our orders are generally dispatched the next day of the order being received. We advise that if an error has been made or if you wish to cancel the order, to contact us immediately at hello@oceaneyesmask.com.au
-Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once they have been fulfilled and with out for delivery.
SHIPPING ESTIMATES
All orders are dispatched from our business in Wandana Heights, VIC 3216. We currently ship with Australia Post and follow their shipping guidelines below. Deliveries are dispatched daily during business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Standard Delivery Estimates:
NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC Metro: 2-4 Business Days
WA, NT, SA & TAS Metro: 3-6 Business Days
All regional areas: add 2-4 business days to metro estimates
- While we make every endeavor to deliver your purchase on time, we take no responsibility for products that are delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Ocean Eyes Mask cannot be held responsible for postage delays that occur after your order has left our warehouse. Due to courier routes, daily traffic and demands, specific delivery timeframes can only be our best estimate.
- Late delivery does not constitute a failure on behalf of Ocean Eyes Mask and does not entitle cancellation of an order.
RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
CANCELLATIONS
- Orders can be cancelled if the order has not yet been processed. Orders that are already prepared, dispatched or in transit cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- A cancellation notice must be placed in email to hello@oceaneyesmask.co.au
DEFECTS, DAMAGES & ISSUES
Each item purchased from Ocean Eyes Mask is carefully checked for quality assurance before being packaged and dispatched to you.
- In the unlikely event that your purchase is incorrect, defective or arrive damaged, please email us within 48-hours of receiving your product/s at hello@oceaneyesmask.com.au
- We will require photographic evidence so that we can evaluate the extent of the damage and/or issues with the product, and determine a path to resolution.
- We will happily replace, exchange or issue a credit or refund depending on the extent of the damage. Refunds and store credits will be issued at the discretion of Ocean Eyes Mask
UNSATISFIED
In the rare event that you or your recipient are not happy with your purchase and its contents, please return the box and contents, at your own cost, in the same condition it was received and within 10 days of the date of dispatch. Please contact us at hello@oceaneyesmask.com.au
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method used at the checkout within 10 business days. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
RETURNED TO SENDER
Parcels may be returned to us for various reasons including, but not limited to, the following:
- Incorrect or insufficient address details.
- Recipient is unknown at the provided address or has relocated.
- The delivery was refused.
- The parcel couldn't be left safely anywhere.
- No access to a secure building or complex for delivery.
- No response from the recipient after a card was left from Australia Post.
- The recipient failed to pick up the package from the designated Post Office.
Please note, an applicable re-delivery fee will apply.
